If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days and cannot be recovered. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked to any individual.

- Experience analytics: We use Hotjar for heatmaps and anonymized session recordings to improve usability. Hotjar does not collect personally identifiable information in our configuration. You can opt out at hotjar.com/do-not-track.

We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking purposes. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of our services.

Beetravel is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Beetravel is recommended for users aged 13 or older.

Our services may allow you to upload, submit, store, or share content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Content must not be illegal, infringing, offensive, or violate the rights of others.

While we strive to provide accurate information about destinations, accommodations, and activities, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any travel information.
For bookings made through our platform, the terms and conditions of the relevant travel service provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.) will also apply.

11. App Store & Play Store Surcharge
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Beetravel only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Beetravel is solely responsible for the app and its content. Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google will have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beetravel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
